Frequently asked questions
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. Enabling Stripe or adding languages is configuration on top of what already exists; there is no need to rebuild the website.
What happens to the domain if I stop working with you?
The domain is registered in your name, even if I manage it. It is yours at all times.
How long does it take to verify Google Business Profile?
It depends on Google (by postcard or video) and can take several days. We submit the request and follow the process together.
Does SaRotaBook support have a limit on incidents?
It is designed for occasional technical incidents, not for continuous changes. If your case needs more, I will move you to full maintenance.
